Our wooden ranges are manufactured from only the best sustainable hardwoods by our skilled craftsmen. We take our environmental responsibility seriously and only source our timber from well managed temperate forests and we do not use any tropical timbers. To reduce our impact further we heat our workshop with our waste sawdust and shavings reducing massively what we send to landfill and the amount of energy we consume.

If you need a special plate configuration or finish please contact our sales team with your request, in the majority of cases we can find a solution to the "non standard". So if your period property, refurbishment or new build requires something different give us a call.

I absolutely loved the Switches I bought
I absolutely loved the products that I bought. Everyone that comes in comments on them. I have got an old black and white cottage and a Sheppard hut. I had an electrician to fit them and he was impressed with the wooden light switches fittings and the cord pully. Made such a difference to the overall look. They Look lovely in our Victorian terrace
Over the last two years we have slowly changed all of our switches to the dome shaped brass ones. We are restoring our Victorian terrace to as close as we can get to all original features and these really compliment it. We get lots of positive comments and not only do they look great but we love the sound they make when turning them on and off . It really is the small things that make such a difference. We've been impressed with the quality so have used switchtowood for all of them. We've had nothing but great service and would recommend them to friends and family.

Fit Perfectly In Our Cottage
We live in an old thatched cottage ~ over 500 years old ~ grade II listed. I do not like the plastic light switches especially in our beautiful old cob cottage ~ so to have your bakelite on oak switches is a joy and pleasure to see and use. I love them. Thanks a million

Excellent in Every Way
Have used Switch to Wood before so knew the quality of their goods. As before, we are very pleased with their products and their excellent, speedy service. We live in the Highlands of Scotland which means that many companies put on a surcharge and, added to that, delivery is frequently slow but our parcel from Switch to Wood arrived the next day. Couldn’t ask for better service. We have no hesitation in recommending them and will definitely use them again whenever we need to replace switches or sockets.
